Washington State Convention Center

Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, just a block northeast of the existing Washington State Convention Center, the Summit building will add 1,488,433 sqft of exhibition space, ballrooms, and meeting rooms to the current convention centers capacity. The building is a leader in sustainability, seeking LEED Gold certification upon completion prioritizing efficiency, open and engaging public spaces, and providing guests with a uniquely Seattle experience. Prime’s scope of the project will consist of specialty electrical systems including Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling for Voice/Data systems, Low-Voltage systems such as Audio Visual, Public Address & Paging Systems, Area of Refuge, Security / Intrusion Detection, Access Controls, CCTV, Public Safety DAS,  Cellular DAS, Building Automation System, Wireless Access, and all associated horizontal branch conduit & cable tray pathway to include all backbone feeder infrastructure pathway and copper/fiber optic backbone infrastructure.  Prime is responsible for the full turn-key integration solution which includes full design architecture, network equipment procurement, programming, and commissioning of all related network services for all the WSCC Corporate Low-Voltage systems.
