This undertaking involved the complete renovation and restoration of a previously abandoned Portland Public Schools building, transforming it into a 113,500 SF commercial facility that houses offices, a restaurant & bar, an auditorium, and a rooftop deck bar. Our responsibilities encompassed over ten tenant improvements, in addition to the restoration of the shell core. The Stoner Electric Group, a PRIME partner, took charge of the full design-build services, placing an emphasis on preserving the historic charm of the building. This involved the meticulous selection of period-correct light fixtures for various areas and ensuring the discreet concealment of all wiring and cabling. Every division of The Stoner Group actively contributed to the success of this multifaceted project.
