The NHL Seattle Ice Centre is a brand new, 180k Square foot Team operations and practice facility for the new NHL franchise the Seattle Kraken. Their new facility will be complete with 3 full ice rinks, retail space, restaurant and bar, in addition to the NHL teams operations. PRIME’s scope of work will include Electrical – power, lighting and Fire Alarm. The biggest challenge this project poses is the rapid schedule required for this ground up building. This specific project is unique due to the fact that it houses 3 full ice sheets, commercial kitchens, bar, retail, office, and team operations all under one roof.
