The intended use is for primary care, to include a pharmacy, blood draw and Imaging (CT scan, mammography, ultrasound). This is a complete renovation to include entry way, patient drop off and parking lot improvements. The Design Build scope of work included new electrical power distribution, Title 24 lighting and controls, fire alarm, nurse call, sound masking, security and packing systems.
