Esterra Park Block 3 is a new office building with high capacity electrical infrastructure to support an all-electric zero carbon emissions operation for the future tenant. The 454,267 SF building includes seven floors of office space and four floors of underground parking. In an effort to provide sustainable elements a second PSE utility service was provided to be ready for an all electric commercial kitchen, electric boilers for heating water, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The electrical, telecommunications, DAS, security, and optional backup generator provisions were specifically designed and built to support a high-tech tenant above and beyond typical Class A office needs.
