PRIME was awarded the project with Sellen Construction. On the first floor of the 80,000sf building, Prime’s team completed the data center build out housing 18 pods for servers. The second floor included new office space for tenants, a Radio Room and a Radio Frequency Booth for testing future cellular devices. Lastly, the scope included the addition of a third floor for mechanical interstitial space. Constructing the third floor presented a challenge for the team as it was built in the middle of winter while project crews were starting scope on the first and second floors. Although a challenge, PRIME’s team successfully completed the scope.
