1101 Dexter was a 10 Story high-rise shell and core office building with high tech/ bio-med infrastructure. The 346,000sf building includes nine floors of office space with ground floor retail, conference room, and athletic center and locker room facilities. In an effort to provide sustainable elements, the roof was designed with a terraced green roof that accommodates social gatherings. Specifically designed for the unique needs of tech tenants, the building is stronger, offers more mechanical flexibility, has more available power and provisions for backup power than a typical Class A office space.
