Prime Electric was selected by Turner Construction as the Design Build Electrical Contractor for the new 25 story 909 5th Avenue Condominium Tower in downtown Seattle. The LEED Gold high-rise includes 123 high end condominiums and 3 world class penthouse suites. Amenity areas include a ground level plaza, an upper level commons room with terrace, a full health club and a library/media facility. Penthouse units feature a “Whole House System” This system involves full home automation including audio/visual, lighting, motorized window shades and fire place control from any room. The building includes state of the art high rise life safety systems. These systems are backed up by a 500KW diesel powered emergency generator.
