College Internships:
Investing in young talent isn’t just something we participate in, it’s something we believe in. Spending your summer with us will give you an invaluable experience that simply isn’t taught in the classroom, including: learning industry processes, working on complex jobsites and collaborating with multiple trades.

Not only will you gain relevant experience to bring back to your school work, it will help you transition into the workforce when you’re ready to graduate. Your real-world experience is also important to us as a hiring employer (hint hint) so you can hit the ground running when you join our team full-time.

Sophomore and Junior College Internships:
Investing in young talent isn’t just something we participate in, it’s something we believe in. Spending your summer with us will give you an invaluable experience that simply isn’t taught in the classroom. We will give you hands-on experience learning industry processes, working on complex jobsites and collaborating with multiple trades.  Not only will you gain relevant experience to bring back to your school work, that experience will help you transition into the workforce when you’re ready to graduate.

Our Internship Program:
Our internship program is competitive and runs for 10-12 weeks each summer, with opportunities in both our San Jose, California office and Bellevue, Washington Headquarters.

The Selection Process:
Each fall, we attend several college career fairs, and from those events, we select the top candidates from each school to join us at our Headquarters for a full day competition. You’ll learn about who we are and what we do as well as participate in a group project and panel interview. From there, we select the best candidates for the following summer internship rotation.

Experience you’ll gain:
As an intern here, you will spend roughly the first half of the internship learning the ins and outs of our estimating, prefabrication and logistics departments. The reminder of the internship will be spent shadowing a Project Manager on-site, gaining hands on experience in coordinating with other trades and generating RFI’s and substantiations.

Internship Benefits:

  • Paid Internship
  • Housing subsidized for students relocating to our California office
