DESCRIPTION
PRIME’s electrical work for the Residential Tower at Rainier Square will include busway distribution, branch, lighting, lighting controls, tele/ data rough in, CCTV rough in, and fire alarm for an approximate value of $7.8 million. Prefab will be utilized throughout the project to reduce onsite waste and increase productivity by completing some of the tedious/ repetitive, time consuming tasks, in a controlled environment. The residential portion of the tower has a staggered schedule time of roughly 12 months between the S&C and TI buildout.
